Seriously, that Archie, ARCHIE, would be blowing the big companies away with a progressive message the way they have been is nothing less than miraculous. I love them for it.

When the people running Archie were asked if they were worried about controversy (regarding having a gay male lead character in their family-friendly books), they responded in the best possible way. “We don’t care if bigots don’t like our comics.”

I might have to start reading these again!!! =)

Needless to say no one suggests that underage boys get a prescription if they want to use condoms, or that grown men have to ask the pharmacist for them and maybe get a lecture about the evils of birth control and promiscuity."
